We Are Family magazine is for any family unit that has one or more LGBT members: it is for gay and lesbian, bi and trans parents, parents-to-be and grandparents; it is for straight parents coming to terms with their child’s sexuality; it is for grandparents who want to better understand their children and grandchildren; it is for younger people discovering their sexuality. We Are Family’s supportive, engaged, positive editorial content is aimed at the whole family. It is the ONLY LGBT lifestyle magazine in the UK for the entire family.
FFLAG is a national voluntary organisation and registered charity. We are dedicated to supporting parents and their lesbian, gay and bisexual daughters and sons.
We offer support to local parents groups and contacts, in their efforts to help parents and families understand, accept and support their lesbian, gay and bisexual members with love and pride.
FFLAG members are parents of lesbian, gay or bisexual sons and daughters. These young people and their families face serious homophobia in our society, which brings in its wake prejudice, bullying and alienation.
We provide a central point for exchange of information between parents groups and local parent contacts.
FFLAG supports the full human and civil rights of lesbian, gay and bisexual and transgender individuals.
FFLAG speaks out and acts to defend and enhance those human and civil rights.
